Raita For Summer

Lokee Ka Raita.
1 green chillies 4-5
2.zeera 1 tsp
3.dhanya gadee
4.lokee half boild.
5.lehsan(garlic)
6.red chilli little to tase
First boil lokee and now add it in yogurd add 3 cloves garlic now 5 chillies add salt and dhanya now put all in mixer and mix it.
At the end add tarka of zeera on it.
Aluu ka Raita
Sme as above just use potatoes instead of lokee.

2.Paste of onion
Always keep paste of fried onion in your freezer i.e You can easily make any kind of curry.
3.Paste of Ginger Garlic
4.Boiled Chicken
Keep boiled chicken in Ur freezer i.e you can utilize it in any way e.g u can use in chinese food or any kind of sandwich.
5.French Fries
There are many frozen items available in the market u can keep in ur freezer which will help u when u find someone uninvited.
